Job Title: SFDC Automation Test Engineer Experience: 6–9 Years Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled SFDC Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in building and maintaining automation frameworks for Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UI and API automation, CI/CD integration, and AI-powered testing tools. This role requires close collaboration with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases in an Agile environment. You will play a key role in improving test coverage, optimizing execution time, and strengthening overall QA processes. Key Responsibilities ● Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test scripts. ● Execute automated test suites for Smoke, Regression, and Integration testing. ● Analyze test results and log defects with proper documentation and root cause analysis. ● Collaborate with developers and QA team members to understand requirements and define test scenarios. ● Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. ● Maintain test data and ensure test environment stability. ● Continuously enhance automation coverage and optimize execution time. ● Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines. ● Contribute to QA best practices and process improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications ● Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) automation testing. ● Knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Cucumber. ● Experience with test management tools such as Jira or TestRail. ● Understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, and integrations. ● Strong hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar. ● Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python. ● Experience building automation frameworks from scratch. ● Solid understanding of API testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured. ● Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions. ● Knowledge of AI-powered testing tools (self-healing automation, smart object identification). ● Understanding of AI-based test case generation and optimization techniques. ● Experience working in Agile environments. ● Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
