Position: Project ManagerExperience: 1 to 2 YearsLocation: Hyderabad, OnsitePackage: As per industry standardsRole OverviewWe are seeking a Project Lead to be stationed at a client hospital in Hyderabad to drive successful implementation and adoption of our healthtech CRM and mobile application. The role is critical in ensuring seamless product launch, onboarding, training, and ongoing client servicing to help hospitals enhance revenue and streamline operations.The Project Lead will act as the primary bridge between the client and our internal teams, ensuring project success, stakeholder satisfaction, and measurable operational improvements.Key Responsibilities1. Product Implementation & LaunchLead end-to-end implementation of the company’s CRM and App at the client site.Coordinate with hospital departments for smooth deployment.Ensure successful product launch aligned with timelines and deliverables.2. Client Coordination & Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.Build strong relationships with hospital leadership and operational teams.Ensure high client satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns.3. Training & OnboardingConduct training sessions for hospital staff across departments.Facilitate onboarding of different units and ensure product adoption.Provide hands-on support during the transition phase.4. Operational Success & Performance MonitoringEnsure the solution improves operational efficiency and revenue workflows.Monitor usage, adoption metrics, and performance indicators.Identify improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.5. Ongoing Support & ServicingProvide on-site support and troubleshoot operational issues.Coordinate with internal technical teams for escalations and resolutions.Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs.6.
