Our platform: Nexxio 360° (with components EmployeeConnect, DealerConnect, PartnerConnect) - helps brands streamline sales & distribution operations, boost channel partner engagement, and drive sales team's productivity.We're expanding our sales team and looking for motivated sales professionals (SDRs) to help us accelerate our growth in the Indian B2B SaaS market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Research and identify potential customers using tools like LinkedIn, CRM data, databases, and marketing campaigns. Build targeted lists of prospects based on ideal customer profiles (ICPs).Outreach (Cold Calling & Emailing): Initiate first contact with prospects via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, or other channels. Personalize outreach to grab attention and build interest.Lead Qualification: Systematically evaluate each prospect to determine their fit and readiness for a deeper sales conversation. Use established frameworks such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or CHAMP (Challenges, Authority, Money, Prioritization) to guide the qualification process.
