Key responsibilities include:Valuation Responsibilities:Assisting in land and building valuation assignmentsConducting site visits, inspections, and property measurements for valuation purposesCollecting and verifying property-related documents and technical dataAnalyzing market data and comparable property transactionsPreparing draft valuation reports and supporting documentsCoordinating with clients, authorities, and internal teams for valuation activitiesEnsuring compliance with valuation standards and regulatory requirementsSupporting timely and accurate delivery of valuation reportsSite Supervision & Drafting Responsibilities:Performing site supervision to monitor construction activities and ensure quality standardsAssisting in checking workmanship, materials, and site progressPreparing, reviewing, and updating drawings using AutoCADSupporting project documentation and technical reportingRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or a related fieldBasic understanding of property valuation concepts and real estate market fundamentalsFoundational knowledge of construction practices, architectural drawings, and structural elementsAbility to collect, analyze, and organize technical and valuation dataGood written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailWillingness to learn valuation standards, local real estate laws, zoning regulations, and compliance requirementsBasic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word; familiarity with valuation tools/software is an advantageStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a professional work attitudeInternship, academic projects, or coursework related to valuation, real estate, or construction is a plus
