We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented HR Executive to take ownership of our end-to-end HR operations and drive talent acquisition.Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & RecruitmentManage the full-cycle recruitment process for critical roles, including:Graphic DesignersPerformance MarketersMarketing InternsE-commerce ExecutivesWarehouse StaffHandle job postings on various portals, resume screening, and shortlisting.Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate final interviews with department heads.Manage salary negotiation and prepare/roll out final job offers.2. HR Administration & DocumentationOversee new employee onboarding, including issuing offer letters and completing joining formalities.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all essential documents are collected.Manage the probation tracking and confirmation process.Execute exit formalities, including the clearance process.3. HR Operations & ComplianceMaintain the central employee database.Draft and update essential HR policies and procedures.Coordinate the employee performance review cycle.Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring timely resolution.4. Attendance, Leave, & Payroll CoordinationMonitor and manage daily attendance records.Maintain precise leave records using our hourly-based system.Coordinate and verify monthly payroll inputs.5. Culture & EngagementActively contribute to creating and maintaining a positive, professional work environment.Plan and execute engaging team activities and events.Ensure discipline and adherence to professional conduct standards.What You BringRequired Skills & Experience1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources. Prior experience within the beauty, e-commerce, fashion, or personal care sectors is a strong plus.Demonstrated proficiency in full-cycle recruitment.A solid understanding of the fast-paced startup/SME environment.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Competency in MS Excel and general HR documentation practices.Basic working knowledge of labor laws and compliance (specifically Mumbai / Maharashtra).QualificationsA Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
