Practice Building and Center of Excellence (CoE) Service Offering Portfolio: Define, standardize, and maintain the global portfolio of technology /platform driven cybersecurity service offerings (MDR/ SOC, Threat Intelligence & Infrastructure / Network Security), ensuring offerings are innovative, market-aligned, and financially viable.Artifact Creation: Lead the development of the Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (CoE), including the creation of Price catalogues, Effort Models, Reusable sales and delivery artifacts such as Capability decks, Brochures, methodologies, frameworks, standardized tools, delivery templates, reference architectures, training materials, managed service models etc. for your Practice Cybersecurity Service Line.Champion Platform /Technology led innovation, automation, and AI-led service transformation in cybersecurity operations. Build “Security-as-a-Service” offerings.Co-own establishment of Global Delivery Cyber Range Labs & Centre of Excellence (CoE) Innovation Hub in Kuala Lumpur / India serving enterprise clients across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and the Americas.Spearhead building & leading Practice Teams & the development of proprietary IPs, dashboards, and risk quantification models.Integrate “AI in Security” capabilities into service frameworks.B. Business Growth and Market Expansion Sales Enablement: Act as one the senior-most Subject Matter Expert (SME) in high-stakes sales cycles, leading C-suite and Board-level discussions, defining deal strategy, and closing large, complex, and transformative cybersecurity engagements.Collaborate with Sales / Pre-Sales / Delivery teams & other leaders to define and execute the global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, identifying and prioritizing high-growth service offerings, key vertical markets, and strategic partnerships, strategic account expansion, and alliances.Collaborate with global sales, marketing, and presales teams to drive pipeline creation, proposal development, and enterprise deal closures.Own & achieve agreed Revenue and EBITDA numbersDevelop & nurture Strategic alliances with OEMs and technology partners for incubating & maintaining next gen service offeringsRepresent EGS at international cybersecurity forums, industry associations, and regulatory conferences as a thought leader. Maintain relationships with industry analysts to position EGS in cybersecurity leadership reports. Collaborate with industry bodies, government agencies, and policy think-tanks to shape cybersecurity standards and regulations.Build EGS’s credibility as a “Cybersecurity Employer of Choice” and a Global Innovation BrandC. Client and Engagement Excellence Executive Client Engagement: Serve as the Executive Sponsor and trusted advisor for strategic clients, ensuring successful sales /solutioning pitch, delivery guidance/ support as required, mitigating risks, and identifying opportunities for expansion and long-term partnership.Thought Leadership: Represent the firm as a cybersecurity expert at industry conferences, webinars, and media events, producing high-impact research, white papers, and POV articles to elevate the firm's brand and market positioning.Contribute to building framework for consistent, high-quality standardized delivery of all cybersecurity services globally, establishing stringent quality assurance standards and best practices.Participate in regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with global clients to demonstrate innovation, improvement, and business alignment.D. Strategic Alignment and Innovation Contribute to defining & execution of a five-year global strategy for cybersecurity services aligned with EGS’s growth objectives and EC-Council’s international roadmap.Compliance and Governance: Ensure the practice operates in full compliance with all local and international regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical guidelines.Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other EC Council Group Companies /entities to develop integrated solutions and cross-sell opportunities.Additional Information:EC-Council is an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer.
