Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issuesEssential:1 Provide first-level technical support via voice and chat, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.2 Log, track, and resolve tickets using ITSM tools while following ITIL best practices.3 Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams and coordinate for faster resolution.4 Maintain clear communication, ensure customer satisfaction, and adhere to security policies.5 Work in rotational shifts, meet SLAs, and contribute to knowledge management.Minimum Qualification: •15 years of full-time education•Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
