Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Last Mile Associate to manage and optimize the final stage of order fulfillment. The role involves coordinating deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch, handling delivery-related escalations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate last mile delivery operationsEnsure timely dispatch and successful delivery of ordersTrack shipments and resolve delivery-related issues or delaysCoordinate with delivery partners, warehouse teams, and customer supportMonitor daily delivery performance metrics and report discrepanciesHandle RTO (Return to Origin) cases and reduce delivery failuresMaintain accurate records of deliveries and escalationsEnsure adherence to company SLAs and operational standardsQualifications & Experience0-1 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or last mile operationsExperience in e-commerce / D2C / FMCG operations preferredFamiliarity with shipment tracking tools and dashboardsGraduate in any disciplineKey SkillsStrong coordination and communication skillsProblem-solving and quick decision-making abilityBasic analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheetsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentHigh ownership and accountabilityWhat We’re Looking ForSomeone who thrives in operations-heavy rolesDetail-oriented with strong follow-up skillsCustomer-first mindsetAbility to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
