Job Title: HR ManagerLocation: MBP Mahape, Navi Mumbai Industry: IT Managed Services / Technology Services Experience: 10–14 Years Employment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR Manager to lead and manage the complete HR function for our IT Managed Services organization. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end employee lifecycle, ensuring robust HR operations, statutory compliance, performance management systems, POSH implementation, and digital HR platform governance.The role demands a hands-on HR leader with strong corporate HR exposure, deep process orientation, and the ability to build scalable HR frameworks aligned with business growth. The HR Manager will also support the recruitment function through pre-HR screening and process governance, while taking ownership of all people management initiatives.Key Responsibilities1. HR Leadership & StrategyLead and manage HR function with ownership of HR operations, policies, and governanceDevelop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business expansionAct as a strategic business partner to leadership on people, culture, and organizational developmentBuild scalable HR systems and frameworks suitable for a growing IT services organization2. Employee Lifecycle ManagementOversee the complete employee lifecycle like Workforce onboarding, Induction & orientation, Employee engagement, Internal movements, Performance review cycles, Exit management & offboarding, Ensure smooth employee experience across all processes.3. HR OperationsManage Leave, Attendance, and Shift PoliciesOwnership of HR documentation, SOPs, and policiesDigitization and automation of HR processesHR MIS, dashboards, and reporting for management4. Workplace GovernanceLead POSH compliance and implementationConstitution and governance of Internal Committee (IC)Awareness programs, training sessions, and reportingHandling POSH complaints with confidentiality and statutory adherence5. Statutory Compliance & Legal HREnd-to-end ownership of statutory compliances, Liaison with consultants, auditors, and legal advisorsAudit readiness and compliance documentation6. Performance Management System (PMS)Performance reviews, Leadership reporting on Performance analytics7.
