This is a hands-on engineering role focused on architecture, performance, and crafting exceptional user experiences across modern browsers and devices.You’ll work closely with design, product, and backend teams to build robust frontend systems, define engineering standards, and ship production-grade features that scale.What You’ll Build:1. Frontend Architecture & DevelopmentBuild scalable, modular frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworksArchitect component-driven UI systems and reusable design librariesImplement robust state management and data flow patternsDevelop responsive, cross-browser experiences with high usabilityCollaborate with backend teams to design API contracts and integrations2. Performance & OptimizationOptimize applications for speed, scalability, and accessibilityImprove Core Web Vitals and page load performanceImplement code-splitting, lazy loading, caching, and asset optimizationDiagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in production environmentsEnsure smooth user experiences across low-end to high-end devices3. UI Engineering & Design SystemsBuild and maintain scalable design systems and component librariesTranslate Figma/design specs into pixel-perfect interfacesImplement accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive layoutsMaintain visual consistency across products and platforms4. Frontend Platform & ToolingImprove build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and developer toolingImplement testing strategies: unit, integration, and E2EEstablish coding standards, linting, and documentation practicesSupport deployment workflows and release management5. Collaboration & LeadershipMentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviewsWork with product and UX teams to shape user-facing featuresContribute to technical decision-making and roadmap planningAdvocate for performance, maintainability, and user-centric designTechnical Stack:1.
