About The Role:We are seeking a highly skilledand experienced SeniorAccountant with a robust understanding of accounting principles and practices.The candidate is expected to lead following work- streams:Expert accounting knowledgewith expertise in Tally and Excel including Pivot Tables, Charts, VLOOKUP, etc.GST knowledge for return filingincluding Annual Returns,GST Audit handling, GST Refund application and visiting the departmentsPF calculation, PF return filing,Employee PF querieshandlingEnd to end Payroll processexecution including payrollpreparation, accounting and filing TDS returns , Foreign Exchange accounting and entries and reconciliations of Bank, GST, Income Tax, TDS, Ledgers, ITC etc.Handling sensitive documentation including agreements, invoices,vouchers.Compliance documentation including Board Resolutions, Minutesof Meetings register, etc.Raising sales invoices; Generate and ensurethe timely and accurate raisingof sales invoices and Handling day to day payroll, reimbursement related queries from employees and contractorsPrepare comprehensive MIS reports includingproject accounting, arrivingat project profitability and presentation of reports to management without any supervisionVendor negotiations; Participate in vendor negotiations to secure favourable terms and cost-effective solutions by Implementing and monitoring cost control measures.Income tax knowledgefor Company’s ReturnFiling, Advance Tax Planning, Tax savingsBackground and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance,or a related field.
