The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, managing site operations, and ensuring work is executed according to design specifications and safety standards. Daily tasks will include coordinating with engineers and contractors, monitoring & reporting project progress, implementing quality control measures, and resolving on-site issues. The role also involves ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets.Qualifications & SkillsExperience in on-site construction management, including working closely with contractors and labor teamsStrong communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and team membersProficient knowledge in Quality Control principles and practicesSolid background in Structural Engineering and Civil EngineeringProblem-solving skills and attention to detailBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldKnowledge of building codes, safety regulations, best practices & emerging technologies in constructionKnowledge of project scheduling, monitoring, controlling & reporting is essentialProficiency with project management, engineering design & MS Office software is a plusExperience in redevelopment projects can be an added advantageExperience - 2-3 yearsShould have own vehicle for within city commutingInteract with employees and be a part of building a strong organisational culture with systems & processesTo interact with customers in a professional & efficient mannerSalary30K to 40K as per qualification, experience & skill levelsLocationPune and near surroundings
