This role will act as a bridge between finance, operations, and technology, translating business questions into structured data analysis and scalable reporting solutions.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with complex datasets, building dashboards and automation, and partnering with stakeholders from the shop floor through senior leadership to improve decision-making and execution.Supervisory Responsibilities:None Duties and Responsibilities:Owning and maintaining company’s core operational reporting, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with approved “sources of truth”Designing, building, and enhancing dashboards and reports in Power BI to support executive, operational, and functional decision-making.Extracting, transforming, and analyzing data from company’s ERP system (Syteline) and related relational databases using SQL.Supporting the full analytics workflow: data extraction, validation, analysis, visualization, and recurring reporting.Partnering with the CFO, FP&A, Accounting, and Operations teams to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards across the business.Developing and maintaining automated data pipelines, scripts, and workflows (using Python and/or other scripting tools) to reduce manual effort and improve reliability.Supporting month-end and mid-month reporting processes by producing standardized reports and variance analyses.Identifying opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and analytical depth across finance and operations.Documenting data definitions, report logic, and processes to ensure transparency, repeatability, and auditability.Responding to ad hoc analytical requests from senior management, translating ambiguous questions into structured analysis.Working closely with IT, ERP administrators, and external partners to ensure data access, security, and system alignment.Handle audits and internal compliance reviews.Required Skills and Abilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
