If you're the type who gets energized by seeing your work go live within hours - this is your kind of project.What You'll Actually DoCampaign Video ProductionEdit and produce high-quality video content for our IPL campaign - think rapid-fire social cuts.Own the end-to-end post-production workflow: raw footage, assembly, colour grading, and final delivery.Create multiple format versions optimised for the right platforms.Brand & Creative CollaborationCollaborate daily with the Brand and Social teams to translate campaign strategy into thumb-stopping video content.Participate in briefs, reviews, and feedback sessions with agency partners to ensure the final edit nails the brief.Contribute creative ideas for upcoming shoots, content series, and campaign moments - you're not just executing, you're ideating.Ensure all video output reflects Scapia's identity and brand tone.What We're Looking ForNon-negotiables:2 - 4 years of experience in video editing, ideally in a consumer brand, agency, or content studio environment.Strong proficiency in After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.A portfolio or reel that makes us hit pause - showcasing social-first video content like Reels, Shorts, ad films, or branded content.Sharp eye for pacing, storytelling, colour, and typography in video.Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities - because live sports wait for no one.Ability to work independently and take full ownership from brief to delivery.Nice to haves:Experience in videography and handling equipments (even iPhone videography)Experience with motion graphics, basic animation and sound design.Familiarity with AI Content generation..Cricket enthusiast who understands the cultural moment of IPL.Previous experience editing for sports, live events, or high-frequency social campaigns.Familiarity with Scapia's brand (bonus points if you're already a customer).What You'll GetReal ownership: You're the editor, not the assistant.
