The role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial performance analysis, regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making for senior leadership.Required QualificationsChartered Accountant / CPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification.10–15 years of experience in FP&A and financial compliance.Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Experience handling audits and regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & AnalysisLead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning processes.Analyze business performance, prepare variance analysis, and provide actionable insights to management.Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.Partner with business teams to improve cost efficiency and profitability.Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and internal controls.Oversee financial audits, tax compliance, and regulatory filings.Strengthen financial policies, SOPs, and risk management frameworks.Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.Leadership & Stakeholder ManagementLead and mentor the finance team and drive performance excellence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and governance.Support leadership in strategic planning and decision-making.
