We are looking for an experienced QA & Python Automation Engineer who brings a strong blend of testing expertise and development skills. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure high product quality across cloud-based applications through both manual and automated testing, while also contributing to development when needed.Location: BangaloreExp: 6-8 yearsKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with Developers and Data Scientists in an agile environment to maintain and enhance product qualityContribute to development activities using Python as requiredDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks such as PyTest, UnitTest, and SeleniumPerform manual and automated testing across UI and backend systemsWrite and execute SQL and NoSQL queries for validation and testingTest REST APIs and GUI applications using automation toolsIdentify, document, and track defects using JIRAExtend existing QA frameworks and build new ones where necessarySupport release validation and monitor automated test and infrastructure reportsDrive continuous improvement of QA processes and agile workflowsEnsure strong QA-to-development feedback loops across teamsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance within agile environments6+ years of Python scripting experience3+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium and automated testing frameworksStrong experience in SQL and NoSQL database testingExperience writing automated tests for REST APIs and UI applicationsFamiliarity with Docker and Docker ComposeStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to take ownership, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment
