We're looking for someone who can help new business owners get set up on the platform, make sure they're getting value from the tools, and turn them into happy long-term customers.About RevferWe built an AI platform that helps small businesses compete with bigger companies. Customer service automation that handles questions 24/7, content generation for social media and email, review management, smart analytics, and a community discovery platform where consumers find businesses through trusted recommendations instead of paid ads.The product is live at . As we bring on new business owners, we need someone making sure they actually succeed on the platform.What You'll DoYou're the person who makes sure every business owner who signs up for Revfer actually gets value from it. A tool is only useful if people know how to use it — and small business owners are busy. They need someone who makes the setup feel easy and shows them the wins quickly.Day to day that looks like:Onboarding new business owners onto the platform — walking them through setup, helping them configure their AI customer service, and making sure their profile is completeTeaching business owners how to use the tools — content generation, review management, analytics — in a way that makes sense to non-technical peopleChecking in with active users to make sure they're getting value and identifying any issues before they become reasons to cancelCollecting feedback from users about what's working, what's confusing, and what they wish the platform didIdentifying upsell opportunities — free users who would benefit from premium featuresBuilding help documentation, FAQs, and onboarding guides so we can eventually scale this without needing a person for every new signupWorking with our technical founder to flag bugs, suggest improvements, and prioritize features based on what customers actually needYou'll be the voice of the customer inside the company. What you learn from helping real business owners will directly shape the product.Work ArrangementThis is designed for someone with a full-time job. Most onboarding calls and check-ins happen evenings and weekends when business owners are available. We expect 10-15 hours per week of consistent commitment.
