Position Title: Estimation & Costing Engineer Department: EngineeringLocations: Bengaluru Primary Job Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed cost estimates for Pre, Fine, EPA & HEPA air filters.• Develop BOQs, cost break-ups, and rate analysis. • Analyze drawings, specifications, and customer requirements. • Estimate costs for raw materials, testing, packaging, transportation, and site services. • Support tender preparation and techno-commercial proposals. • Coordinate with sales and Production teams.• Prepare comparison statements and assist in negotiations. • Liaise with procurement for material pricing and quotations. • Maintain cost databases and track market trends. • Maintain estimation records and MIS reports. Qualifications & Experience: Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience Relevant/Additional Experience: • Knowledge of Air Filters, Cleanroom & HVAC systems. • Understanding of ISO 16890 and ISO 29463 / EN 1822. • Ability to read GA drawings and HVAC schematics. • Proficiency in MS Excel; AutoCAD basic preferred.Key Competencies / Skills Required: • Analytical skills, attention to detail, commercial awareness, teamwork.
