The focus is on high-quality execution, review, and governance of regulatory reporting activities.Key responsibilities include:- Leading, reviewing, and validating regulatory (IFRS-17, Solvency II) and internal reports (KRI delivery, sustainability reports) prepared by the team before finalization.- Acting as the primary operational link between the reporting execution team and senior leadership.- Overseeing data sourcing, mapping, and reporting logic to ensure alignment with approved business requirements and reporting standards.- Reviewing data quality rules, assessing material exceptions, and ensuring appropriate escalation and remediation actions are taken.- Performing and reviewing user acceptance testing (UAT) for regulatory reports to ensure issues are resolved prior to sign-off.- Ensuring reporting outputs meet internal governance standards and regulatory requirements.- Managing reporting timelines, dependencies, and inter-team coordination to ensure on-time deliverables.- Maintaining oversight of change management by ensuring all report changes are documented, justified, and approved.For those interested, please share your CV to [email protected] ManagerThe Senior Manager is a leadership role responsible for end-to-end oversight of regulatory reporting process, with a focus on analysis and monitoring implementation.This role provides strategic direction, ensures delivery excellence, drives quality assurance, manages multi location teams, and serves as the senior offshore interface for client stakeholders.Senior Managers own delivery governance, escalate key risks, guide the design and enhancement of regulatory reporting processes, and ensure the consistency and integrity of outputs across all regulatory related engagements.
