The Senior Learning Partner is a strategic architect responsible for the long-term growth and technical readiness of the organization. You will lead the design of scalable learning ecosystems that balance immediate business impact with forward-thinking talent development.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Alignment & Advisory: Act as a primary consultant to senior business leaders to diagnose organizational gaps and ensure learning strategies directly drive the company’s long-term objectives.Ecosystem Architecture: Design and oversee a high-impact learning infrastructure that utilizes digital platforms to support self-paced, curiosity-driven, and modular learning.Leadership & Mentorship Culture: Scale peer-to-peer learning and formalize internal mentorship frameworks, transforming subject matter expertise into reusable organizational knowledge.Content Strategy & Innovation: Lead the creation of high-value knowledge assets (case studies, interactive assignments) that are modular and scalable across the enterprise.Strengths-Based Development: Implement advanced learning interventions rooted in positive psychology and strengths-based coaching to enhance project readiness and employee growth.External Partnership Management: Curate and manage high-level strategic partnerships with external vendors and thought leaders to supplement internal expertise where necessary.Impact Analytics: Establish data-driven frameworks to measure the ROI of learning initiatives, ensuring a clear link between development programs and business performance.Skills & QualificationsExperience: 10 - 15 years of experience in People Development, L&D or Strategic HR.Education: MBA (HR or Marketing) or an Engineering degreeTechnical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Digital Learning Ecosystems and Knowledge Management; Instructional Design expertise is highly preferred.Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, executive presence, and the ability to influence at the C-suite level.Mindset: A passion for Positive Psychology, continuous curiosity, and the agility to thrive in high-speed environments.
