Job Description1. Maintain and update the asset master2. Monitor performance of the vendors against defined SLAs3. Ensure compliance to defined SLA/KPIs4. Execute O&M activities for inside plant electronics (ISP)5. Ascertain compliance to health, safety, environment and fire policies6. Propose and implement energy optimization initiatives7. Provide leadership to outsourced infrastructure maintenance team8. Coordinate with network operations centre for network management9. Ensure adherence to quality management standards10. Ascertain compliance to preventive and corrective maintenance, standards for fiber and utility equipment.11. Maintain reliability of optical fiber network, uptime of fiber and, utility equipment.12.
