The group manages four clothing categories spanning baby & toddler wear (led by Green Bell, a trusted name since 1989), maternity wear, women’s ethnic wear, and teen/adult fast fashion, along with a strong groom wear category featuring collections from some of the top designers in the segment. With a focus on quality, trust, and customer experience, Options is now strengthening a cohesive, trend-led digital identity across all categories.Location: Juhu, MumbaiWork Mode: OnsiteDays: Monday - SaturdayTimings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PMSalary: 30 to 35k per monthExperience: 1-3 yearsRole Summary: We are hiring a Social Media Manager to manage social media for a multi-brand fashion and lifestyle retail group across four categories: baby & kids, maternity, women’s ethnic wear, groom wear, and teen/adult fashion. The role requires strong execution skills, trend awareness, and hands-on content management suited to retail brands.ResponsibilitiesContent & Platform ManagementManage daily posting and upkeep of social media accountsCreate and publish posts, stories, and reelsEnsure profiles, highlights, and content formats remain updated and relevantMaintain visual and tonal consistency across categoriesContent Planning & ExecutionBuild monthly content calendars aligned with collections, offers, and retail cyclesAdapt content styles for different target audiencesCoordinate with store teams for shoots and on-ground contentExecute content as per timelines and approvalsEngagement & Trend AlignmentMonitor DMs, comments, and basic community interactionsTrack fashion and social media trends and apply them practicallySupport influencer content and collaborations when requiredPerformance TrackingMonitor reach, engagement, and content performanceMaintain simple performance trackersShare insights to improve content effectivenessRequirements1-3 years of experience managing social media for fashion, retail, or lifestyle brandsStrong understanding of Instagram content, including reels, trends, and audience engagementAbility to manage multiple categories while maintaining clear tone and content differentiationProficiency in Canva for day-to-day creatives (mandatory)Working knowledge of reel editing and content publishing toolsStrong written communication and captioning skillsUnderstanding of retail calendars, launches, offers, and seasonal contentComfortable coordinating with store teams in an on-site environmentOrganized, execution-focused, and able to meet deadlines consistently
