If this excites you, we invite you to join our dynamic team andcontribute to the audacious goal.About the RoleYou will join the preventive public healthcare vertical of the governance and policy team to buildscientifically rooted, evidence-based content optimised to drive discussions and solutions bothinternally and with stakeholders. Your role will largely focus on the following areas, with a scope ofexpanding responsibilities based on performance, willingness and rigour.● Stress testing and validation of research insights: You will be responsible for conductingrigorous research, developing context-specific hypotheses, stress-testing them for validationby triangulating evidence across sources, and assessing the real-world applicability withinIndia’s public health policy context. The goal will be to ensure that insights are scientificallysound, medically feasible, and decision-ready for policy formulation and advocacy.● Tracking of domain-specific developments: You will be required to continuously track andsynthesise developments across medical science, public health and policy discourse to stayupdated on the emerging research as well as real-world health and policy decisions. Thisincludes proactively flagging emerging evidence, paradigm shifts, and regulatory orprogrammatic changes relevant to healthcare.● Networking with relevant domain professionals: You will be required to actively build andsustain relationships with top medical practitioners, health researchers, public health experts,academicians, health administrators and allied professionals to strengthen the quality,relevance, and credibility of policy recommendations.
