JOB DESCRIPTIONOwn the product roadmap for our lending and origination platform. You'll work directly with US-based stakeholders, engineering teams, compliance, and business leaders to ship features that matter—faster loan approvals, better borrower experiences, smarter workflows.Essential FunctionsTranslate business needs into user stories, wireframes, and requirements (Azure DevOps/Jira)Collaborate with engineering to define, test, and ship featuresPresent roadmaps and progress to leadershipRun cross-functional alignment meetings with stakeholders across lending, compliance, servicing, and operationsUse AI tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and deliveryAnalyze product performance with data (Power BI, SQL, dashboards)Education and Experience3–5 years as Product Manager OR 5–8 years as Senior Business Analyst/Product AnalystBachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience with Agile development methodologies.US Mortgage or Financial Services experience a plusExcellent written and spoken English; comfortable presenting to executivesWork EnvironmentThis role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers etc.. Ability to sit for long periods of time is essential.Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST.
