The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, attention to fine detail, and the ability to deliver clean, production-ready mattes within tight deadlines.Key RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of experience in Rotoscopy within a VFX pipelineStrong working knowledge of Silhouette, Nuke, Mocha, or similar toolsSolid understanding of: Motion blur handling, Edge detailing, Hair roto and Complex organic shapesAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a teamStrong time management and communication skillsExperience working on film, episodic, or commercial projects is preferred
