Channel Partners are a critical extension of our brand, and we work only with partners who value transparency, professionalism, and premium client experience.  Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and mature Channel Partner Manager to lead and manage our network of Channel Partners across India and overseas (including NRI and international brokers). This role is not about mass onboarding or chasing brokers. It is about building strong, long-term relationships, enabling Channel Partners to confidently represent Auramah Valley, and ensuring seamless coordination from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale support. The Channel Partner Manager will act as the primary point of trust, communication, and ownership for all Channel Partner relationships.  Key Responsibilities Channel Partner Relationship Management Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with Channel Partners across India and international markets Act as the single point of contact for assigned Channel Partners Establish trust through transparency, responsiveness, and reliability Represent Auramah Valley as a professional, credible, and brand-aligned partner Channel Partner Enablement & Activation Onboard Channel Partners with clear understanding of the project, positioning, pricing, and process Ensure Channel Partners are well-equipped with correct collaterals, updates, and talking points Actively engage dormant or low-activity Channel Partners and drive activation through relationship-led engagement Focus on quality partnerships over quantity Lead & Deal Coordination Coordinate closely with internal sales leadership on Channel Partner–generated leads Ensure timely responses, accurate information flow, and smooth handling of serious prospects Support Channel Partners through negotiations, site visits (physical & virtual), and closures Protect Channel Partner credibility by taking ownership of follow-ups and internal coordination International & NRI Coordination Handle Channel Partners operating across different geographies and time zones Maintain professional communication standards suitable for overseas partners Coordinate virtual site visits and remote client interactions when required Process, Reporting & Ethics Maintain structured tracking of Channel Partner performance and lead pipelines Ensure ethical selling and prevent mis-selling or over-promising by Channel Partners Uphold Auramah Valley’s brand values and long-term reputation at all times  Required Skills & Experience MustHave 4–8 years of experience in Channel Sales / Channel Partner Management / Real Estate Sales Proven experience handling brokers, Channel Partners, or indirect sales networks Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi) Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through Preferred Experience working with pan-India or international Channel Partners Exposure to luxury real estate, premium products, or high-value transactions Prior experience working closely with founders, directors, or senior leadership  Key Personality Traits (NonNegotiable) Calm, confident, and mature communicator Relationship-first mindset (not commission-obsessed) High integrity and ethical clarity Strong problem-solving and coordination ability Comfortable representing the brand at a senior level  Why Join Auramah Valley Work with a premium luxury real estate brand High-impact role with visibility across leadership Opportunity to build and lead a strong national & international CP network Relationship-driven culture (not volume-driven) Long-term growth and leadership opportunities
