Role: Delivery Manager - .NET / CoreExperience: 12+Location: HyderabadFulltime - Hybrid - General ShiftRequired QualificationsExperience:12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in a Delivery Manager / Manager role.Proven experience managing large engineering organizations (30+ team members).Strong background delivering enterprise-scale product platforms, preferably in payments, fintech, or healthcare.Extensive experience in Agile / SAFe delivery models.Technical Skills:Strong hands-on background in .NET / C# / CoreRESTful APIs and microservicesSQL Server / relational databasesExperience with:Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesEvent-driven and distributed systemsAbility to engage deeply in architecture and design discussions (even if not coding daily).Leadership & Soft Skills:Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.Proven ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple teams and products.Results-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced product environment.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Payments, FinTech, Healthcare Technology, or high-compliance environments.Prior experience working in Product-led organizations.SAFe Agilist / PMP / Scrum certifications.Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
