Responsibilities:Technical Solution Selling: Analyze complex customer requirements for special cargo and design safe, compliant, and cost-effective logistics solutions.Target Achievement: Achieve specific revenue, volume, and profitability targets for the special cargo segment.Internal Coordination: Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for special cargo, working closely with Operations to ensure feasibility and proper handling.Market Development: Proactively identify and develop a pipeline of potential customers with special cargo needs.Risk Management: Ensure all proposals and bookings adhere strictly to company policy and international regulations for hazardous or oversized goods.Qualifications:Work Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in shipping/logistics sales, with at least 2 years of demonstrable experience handling DG, OOG, or Reefer cargo.Skill & Competency: Deep Technical Knowledge of Special Cargo, Solution Selling, Risk Assessment, Project CoordinationEducation: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
