Role Type: Full-time / Contract-to-HireLocation: Remote with US EST time zone (06pm to 03am IST)Experience: 4–7 yearsReporting To: Atidiv Senior IT / Delivery LeadershipRole Overview:We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Consultant to take ownership of NetSuite operations while also driving system improvements, integrations, and long-term scalability. This role supports both day-to-day NetSuite operations and future-state design across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.Key Responsibilities:Day-to-Day NetSuite Support (BAU Ownership)● Own NetSuite system support across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain● Troubleshoot transaction issues, data inconsistencies, and system errors● Support Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, and Refund workflows● Act as the primary escalation point for NetSuite-related issuesIntegrations & Connectors● Support and enhance NetSuite integrations, especially Shopify → NetSuite● Troubleshoot issues related to orders, customers, payments, payouts, and refunds● Maintain and improve payment method mappings and reconciliation logic● Work with middleware providers and third-party vendors as neededFinance & Inventory Accounting● Support and design accounting workflows including budget vs actual reporting,contra-revenue and refund GL mappings, inventory valuation, and location handling● Own advanced accounting scenarios such as capitalizing refurbishment costs intorefurbished inventory, aligning vendor bills from after-sales providers with inventoryvalue, and using Manufacturing / Work Orders where applicableInventory, Fulfillment & Operations● Support inventory management and fulfillment workflows● Design and implement same-SKU fulfillment from multiple warehouse locations andmulti-location inventory strategies● Partner with Operations to ensure scalable and cost-effective fulfillmentConfiguration, Reporting & Governance● Configure and customize NetSuite transaction forms and layouts● Build and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs● Manage roles, permissions, and access governance● Ensure data consistency, audit readiness, and system hygieneSystem Improvement & Future-State Design● Identify underutilized NetSuite features and modules● Recommend automation and scalability improvements● Document current-state and future-state processes● Help future-proof NetSuite as business complexity growsRequired Skills & Experience:4–7 years of hands-on NetSuite experienceStrong functional knowledge of Order Management, Inventory Management, and Accounting & FinanceProven experience supporting NetSuite integrations (Shopify preferred)Experience with refunds, payments, GL mappings, and reconciliationStrong experience with saved searches, reports, and dashboardsAbility to translate business requirements into NetSuite solutionsPreferred Qualifications:NetSuite Certification (Administrator / ERP Consultant)Experience with Manufacturing module and Work OrdersExperience with multi-location or multi-warehouse setupsExposure to logistics or third-party integrationsStrong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
