This role blends strategic hiring with hands-on execution and is ideal for someone experienced in digital, creative, and media talent hiring.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionOwn the full recruitment lifecycle—from understanding hiring briefs to closing offersPartner with department heads to identify hiring needs and define role requirementsWrite compelling, accurate job descriptions aligned with our creative cultureSource candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networkingHire for digital media and creative roles, including:Business Development (BD)Artist Managers / Talent Managers/ Music Non MusicCreative roles (Copywriters, Designers, Video Editors, Strategists, etc.)Digital marketing and production rolesConduct initial screening calls to assess skills, cultural fit, and motivationCoordinate interview schedules, feedback loops, and final hiring decisionsNegotiate compensation packages and manage offer rolloutsEnsure a smooth onboarding experience for new hiresHR OperationsSupport onboarding, orientation, and employee documentationMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policiesCoordinate with finance for payroll inputs and employee dataTrack probation periods, confirmations, and employee lifecycle eventsEmployer BrandingStrengthen employer brand through social media and creative hiring campaignsOrganize recruitment drives, networking events, and campus engagementsCollaborate with the marketing team on career pages and hiring creativesQualifications & SkillsExperience: 8+ years in Talent Acquisition with exposure to HR Operations(Agency, digital, media, or creative industry experience preferred)Strong understanding of creative, digital media, production, and marketing hiring needsProven expertise in active and passive sourcingExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneouslyProactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentInterested CandidatesPlease share your profile at with the following details:Name:Years of Experience:Current CTC:Expected CTC:Notice Period:
