This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure that the ServiceNow platform meets the needs of the organization and is aligned with industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ServiceNow, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators. Key Responsibilities:Lead the technical design and development of ServiceNow modules Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement best-practice solutions Oversee ServiceNow configuration, customization, workflows and integration with other systems Define and enforce coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices Mentor and guide ServiceNow developers and administrators Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions Manage platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and architectural standards. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform Participate in roadmap planning and contribute to ServiceNow strategy and innovation Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development 2+ years in a technical lead or architect role Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and APIs Hands-on experience with scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS) Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.) Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Nice to have: SecOps, HRSD, or AI related Version of SN – Zurich or Yokohama
