Strong experience as Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with hands-on expertise in any given module Core HR and Absence Management/Benefit and Compensation/ US Payroll/ ORC-Talent Management• End-to-end implementation and/or support experience in Fusion HCM.• Good understanding of HCM business processes, data flow, and configurations• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing (UAT), and go-live support• Hands-on exposure to HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI / BI Publisher (working knowledge is sufficient)• Client-facing experience with strong communication and stakeholder management skills• Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and support production environments
