Job Title: SAP Solution Manager / SAP Cloud ALM ConsultantExperience: 6–10 Years Location: Bangalore / Pune / Mumbai / Chennai Notice Period: 0–30 Days Preferred Compensation:6–9 Years: Up to 27 LPA9–10 Years: Up to 33 LPAWe are hiring an experienced SAP ALM professional to manage SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM operations across hybrid and cloud landscapes.Key Responsibilities:Manage SAP Solution Manager functionalities including SOLdoc (Solution Documentation) and BpMOn (Business Process Monitoring).Oversee Change Request Management (CHARM) processes including workflow-based transport management, approvals, and audit documentation.Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes and system configurations using SOLdoc.Implement and monitor BpMOn to provide end-to-end process health visibility based on predefined KPIs.Configure system landscapes, RFC communication, and transport routes for CHARM.Manage SAP Cloud ALM and BTP CALM tools for lifecycle management across hybrid/cloud environments.Configure monitoring, alerting, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines using SAP Cloud ALM and GitHub.Integrate with tools such as Solution Manager, Jira, Postman, and SAP BTP services (BAS, CAP).Work with APIs, SAP Event Mesh, and Fiori apps for proactive operations and service delivery.Optimize deployment tracking, system health monitoring, and ALM reporting dashboards.Review and enhance SOLMAN and CHARM processes with internal and external service providers.Analyze and prioritize change requests using tools like SAP Solution Manager, Remedy, and Power BI.Act as the primary owner for supplier engagements related to SAP Solution Manager and CHARM services.Support SAP Deployment Methodology and Service Introduction practices.Required Skills:Strong experience in SAP Solution Manager (SOLMAN)SOLdoc and BpMOn configuration and monitoringCHARM configuration and transport managementSAP Cloud ALM and BTP CALMSAP BTP (BAS, CAP)CI/CD and GitHub integrationAPIs, SAP Event Mesh, FioriJira / Remedy / Power BI
