You’ll play a critical role in how users experience our brand across social media, performance marketing, product, and educational content.In HealthTech, motion design isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about building credibility, simplifying complex health information, and driving action.Key Responsibilities:Motion Design & Video ContentCreate motion graphics and short-form videos for:Social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos)Performance marketing adsBrand films & product explainer videosCreate long form videos for podcast on Youtube Design smooth, on-brand animations that enhance storytelling and clarityProduct & App MotionDesign in-app animations, micro-interactions, and transitions if requiredCollaborate with Product & UX teams to ensure motion aligns with usability and accessibility principlesHealth & Educational ContentTranslate medical, health, or technical concepts into easy-to-understand animated explainersDesign infographics and motion-led educational content that improves comprehension and retentionCampaign & Growth SupportWork closely with marketing and growth teams to:Develop motion creatives for campaigns and launchesOptimize creatives based on performance metrics (watch time, CTR, retention)Adapt videos into multiple formats and aspect ratiosBrand Consistency & SystemsMaintain consistency in motion style, pacing, transitions, and visual languageHelp define motion guidelines and reusable animation templatesRequired Skills & QualificationsMust-Have3-4 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer (consumer-facing digital brands preferred)Strong portfolio showcasing:Motion graphics & short-form videosExplainer animationsCampaign and product-related motion workPodcast / Long form content if anyProficiency in:After Effects (mandatory)Premiere Pro or similar video editing toolsFigma (for collaboration with design/product teams)Strong understanding of:Timing, pacing, storytelling, and visual hierarchyMotion principles for digital and mobile-first platformsGood to HaveExperience in HealthTech, Wellness, Fitness, or Consumer TechKnowledge of:Lottie / JSON animationsBasic sound design and syncing visuals to audioFamiliarity with performance marketing creative best practicesBasic illustration or graphic design skillsWhat We’re Looking ForA storyteller who can simplify complex ideas through motionStrong sense of aesthetics balanced with clarity and trustAbility to work fast in a high-iteration environmentAttention to detail and high ownershipCollaborative mindset with marketing, product, and content teamsWhy Join UsWork on a mission-driven health-tech brand with real-world impactHigh visibility across product, brand, and growthCreative ownership over how motion is used across the ecosystemOpportunity to define and scale a motion design language
