Executive / AM – Technical Support (Mechanical)About the RoleWe are seeking enthusiastic and driven candidates to join our Technical Support team. You will be responsible for handling technical support/application engineering role for Geared Motors (GM)/Industrial Gear (IG) product Applications and working within our sales departments. The role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and providing reliable solutions directly to our customers.Role Location: GurgaonResponsibilities Application engineering & technical support for GM and IG to SEW salesProviding techno-commercial offers for IG to SEW sales Co-ordination with Electronics Manager for package sales development and execution.Co-ordination with SEW Group Company (as per communication matrix) for specific technical points.Responsible for drawings.Visiting customers as per request to extend the technical support as a part of business development activityTraining of SEW personnel as well as customer’s engineers.Responsible for product engineering (including special design) for IG and GM Responsible for technical approval for any product.New products updating and training to SEW employees.Maintenance of Quality Manual System.Qualifications Education: BE/B.Tech - Mechanical / Electrical from reputed institute.
