In this role, you aren't just an IT admin; you are the bridge between procurement strategy and technical execution. Your mission is to ensure our ERP is optimized, adopted, and delivering the data we need to make smart spending decisions.• Position: Manager/Lead, Procurement CoE (Systems & Digital Transformation)• Focus: ERP Ownership, Process Standardisation, and Data IntegrityKey Responsibilities:1. System Governance & Optimization• Act as the Functional Owner of the Procurement ERP module• Drive the roadmap for system enhancements, ensuring the platform evolves with business needs.• Manage the /"Business As Usual/" (BAU) support, troubleshooting complex workflow issues that standard IT cannot resolve.2. Process Standardization• Design and enforce global procurement processes (Purchase-to-Pay, Sourcing, and Contract Management) within the system.• Eliminate /"maverick spend/" by making the ERP the easiest and most compliant path for users to buy goods and services.3. Data Analytics & Reporting• Maintain the integrity of the Vendor Master Data.• Develop dashboards to track key KPIs: system adoption rates, PO automation levels, and cycle times.• Translate raw system data into actionable insights for Category Managers.4. Change Management & Training• Lead the rollout of new features or modules to global stakeholders.• Create and maintain a library of /"How-To/" guides and conduct regular training sessions for both internal users and suppliers.Required QualificationsERP Expertise: Power-user or Admin-level experience in SAP Ariba, Oracle Fusion, Coupa, or Jaggaer.Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (Power Query/Pivot) and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.Process Mindset: Strong understanding of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle (Sourcing, Contracting, Purchasing, and Invoicing).Preferred /"Soft/" SkillsThe Translator: The ability to explain technical system constraints to a Category Manager and business requirements to an IT Developer.The Diplomat: High emotional intelligence to manage resistance when changing legacy workflows.The Auditor: A keen eye for detail
