The role involves overseeing Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and security/compliance solutions while ensuring high availability, strong governance, and adherence to best practices. They lead complex migrations, automation initiatives, and service optimization efforts, providing expert-level troubleshooting and guidance to cross‑functional teams. This position also plays a key role in enhancing collaboration, strengthening security posture, and driving continuous improvements across the M365 ecosystem.Responsibilities:Secure-by-design posture: Implements Zero Trust-aligned policies across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Purview, and Defender.Reliability & performance: Delivers highly available, well‑monitored M365 services with proactive capacity, compliance, and lifecycle management.Automation-first mindset: Uses PowerShell/Graph and CI/CD to standardize, automate, and reduce toil across admin tasks and deployments.Frictionless collaboration: Enhances end-user experience through well-governed Teams/SharePoint architectures, clear standards, and self-service enablement.Operational excellence: Follows ITIL processes, tight change control, strong incident/problem management, and robust documentation.Business alignment: Translates business needs into secure, scalable M365 solutions with measurable value and adoption.Technical Competencies:1. Microsoft 365 Core Workloads Exchange Online Mail flow design, hybrid configuration, transport rules, ATP/Defender policies, SharePoint Online / OneDriveSite architecture, permissions model, external sharing governance, migration tooling (SharePoint Migration Manager, Mover, etc.). Microsoft Teams Collaboration governance, Teams templates, meeting/voice policies, app permission policies.2. Identity & Access (Entra ID / Azure AD) Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Protection, PIM, access reviews. Hybrid identity (AD Connect, cloud sync) troubleshooting and management.3.
