If you are passionate about recruitment, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to contribute to meaningful change in healthcare, this opportunity is for you.Job Summary / Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for operational healthcare roles. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and successfully placing candidates in positions such as Healthcare Service Support Officers, Field Care Coordinators, and Operations Managers.You will be responsible for delivering 15 successful starters per month, maintaining a time-to-fill target of under three weeks. This is a fully remote role suited to someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing high-volume recruitment pipelines while ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment from role qualification through to offer stageSource candidates using direct sourcing methods including headhunting, social media, networking, internet sourcing, job postings, and recruitment databasesBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-volume and future rolesConduct telephone, video, and face-to-face interviewsManage inbound and outbound recruitment calls and general hiring enquiriesPartner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring prioritiesProvide recruitment reports and data insights to stakeholdersSupport employer branding initiatives and represent the organisation professionallyResearch market trends, competitors, and new sourcing strategiesContribute to recruitment process improvements, policies, and interview documentationEnsure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring journeyRequired Qualifications / What We're Looking ForMinimum 3+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)At least 1+ year of experience within the healthcare sector (in any capacity)Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processesDemonstrated ability to generate high-volume, high-quality candidate pipelinesStrong track record of meeting hiring targets and performance metricsExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (4/5 written, 5/5 verbal proficiency)Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsDetail-oriented with strong time management and prioritisation abilitiesAbility to work independently in a self-driven, remote environmentComfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels of the organisationPassion for delivering an outstanding candidate experiencePreferred Skills / Nice to HaveExperience hiring for operational healthcare rolesExposure to high-growth or fast-paced environmentsExperience supporting employer branding initiativesStrong market research and competitor analysis capabilitiesExperience improving recruitment processes and documentationWork ScheduleMonday to Friday9:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST (India Standard Time)Fully Remote (India-based candidates)Benefits / What We OfferYearly salary - 8 - 11 LPAFully remote working arrangementOpportunity to work within a high-growth HealthTech environmentCollaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven cultureExposure to high-impact healthcare recruitment projectsCareer growth and development opportunitiesOngoing training and professional development support
