Job Title: Shopify & OMS Senior QA Engineer (RR-2441)Location: HyderabadExperience: 10+ YearsJob OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in Shopify and Order Management Systems (OMS) to drive end-to-end functional testing across digital commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge in eCommerce, strong leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience managing complex system integrations.Roles & ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end QA activities for eCommerce and OMS platformsPerform functional testing across the complete digital commerce lifecycleValidate order lifecycle processes, including:Order creation, validation, and orchestrationPayment authorization, capture, refundsInventory allocation and Available-to-Promise (ATP)Order routing, fulfillment, and shippingInvoicing, cancellations, returns, and exchangesTest integrations between Shopify, OMS, WMS, Payment Gateways, Tax Systems, ERP, and Logistics ProvidersDrive defect triage meetings and ensure timely defect resolutionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end test coverageLead and mentor QA team members, ensuring best QA practicesParticipate in release planning and support production validationWork closely with business and technical teams to ensure quality deliverables Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field10+ years of experience in QA Functional TestingStrong expertise in eCommerce domain and Digital Commerce testingHands-on experience with Shopify and OMS platformsIn-depth understanding of end-to-end order management workflowsExperience testing complex system integrationsProven ability to lead QA teams and testing initiativesStrong experience in defect management and triage Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesSelf-driven, proactive, and adaptableAbility to work independently and with cross-functional teams
