Job Summary: As a Relationship Manager – Corporate Partnerships, you will be responsible for managing and growing corporate accounts across the North region. The role focuses on building strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and delivering impactful employee wellness solutions through Cult memberships and allied wellness offerings. You will work closely with HR and leadership teams to ensure high engagement, retention, and value realization for our partners. Key Responsibilities: ● Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and serve as the primary point of contact for all post-onboarding activities ● Build trusted relationships with HR, Admin, and key business stakeholders ● Drive employee engagement, utilization, renewals, and account growth ● Ensure 90%+ renewal retention by delivering consistent value and strong client engagement ● Ensure seamless onboarding and program execution by coordinating with internal teams ● Conduct regular account reviews to track performance, usage, and client feedback ● Support wellness activations, campaigns, and on-ground initiatives as required ● Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding partnerships within existing accounts ● Address client concerns and escalations proactively, ensuring timely and effective resolution Qualifications and Skills: ● 4–5 years of experience in B2B relationship management, account management, or corporate sales ● Hands-on experience managing multiple enterprise or mid-market accounts simultaneously ● Strong exposure to renewal conversations, commercials, and account expansion ● Proven ability to work with HR, Admin, and Procurement stakeholders ● Comfortable working with numbers such as utilization %, renewal value, and account growth ● Experience in wellness, fitness, employee benefits, insurance, SaaS, or related industries ● Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
