We work with leading companies in steel, cement, power, oil & gas, and manufacturing to drive operational excellence.Role Overview:We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, inventory management, tax compliance, and financial reporting. This is a hands-on role that involves actively managing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting and taxation norms.Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Financial Transactions:Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including entries for purchases, sales, expenses, and payments.Process accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely payments and collections.Conduct bank reconciliations, petty cash management, and maintain general ledger records.Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities.Inventory & Cost Management:Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock data with financial records.Assist in cost accounting and track material usage and wastage.Taxation & Compliance:Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other tax returns.Assist in statutory compliance and liaise with auditors and tax consultants.Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Financial Reporting & Support:Assist in preparing MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries.Help in budgeting and cost control activities.Support the finance team with audit documentation and queries.Qualifications & Skills Required:CA (Fresher) or Semi-Qualified CA / / with 1-3 years of experience in accounting and finance.Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and tax compliance.Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
