Serving over 300 enterprise clients across India, Cubictree has helped organizations save significant costs in high-risk lending and improve operational efficiency for corporate legal teams.Role OverviewThe Key Account Manager – BFSI will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with major banking and financial services clients. The role focuses on driving revenue, enhancing client engagement, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring long-term account retention. The candidate should have deep understanding of BFSI processes, regulatory requirements, and decision-making hierarchies within banks/NBFCs/Fintechs.Key Responsibilities·        Account Management & Growth·        Manage a portfolio of high-value BFSI accounts and act as the primary point of contact.·        Develop account plans, revenue forecasts, and growth strategies.·        Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across products/services.·        Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. Client Relationship Management·        Build and maintain CXO, senior leadership, and procurement-level relationships.·        Conduct regular business reviews, presentations, and solution discussions with clients.·        Ensure strong customer satisfaction and retention. Business Development & Strategy·        Map client needs, pain points, and industry trends to propose customized solutions.·        Drive long-term partnerships, renewals, and contract negotiations.·        Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Delivery) to create winning proposals.    Project Delivery & Coordination·        Oversee onboarding, implementation, and service delivery for assigned accounts.·        Track SLAs, resolve escalations, and ensure timely execution of client commitments.   Market & Industry Intelligence·        Stay updated with BFSI regulations, compliance norms, digital transformation trends, and competitor offerings.·        Provide insights to leadership for product enhancements and market expansion.Required Skills & Competencies·        Strong understanding of banking workflows, lending, payments, risk, and compliance frameworks.·        Proven experience managing large BFSI clients with multi-million revenue portfolios.·        Excellent negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder influencing skills.·        Strong analytical, financial forecasting, and reporting capabilities.·        Ability to work with CXOs and senior decision-makers.·        Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)·        Revenue growth & renewals from key accounts.·        Client satisfaction (NPS/CSAT scores).·        Account retention rate.·        Cross-sell / up-sell conversions.·        SLA adherence & escalation resolution.Preferred Background·        Experience working with Banks, NBFCs, Fintech, or Financial Institutions.·        Prior experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or BFSI relationship roles.·        Exposure to digital products, SaaS, payment solutions, core banking, or financial technology (advantage).
