TAO Digital Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant – VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 9) with 12–15 years of expertise to join our Cloud Infrastructure team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, optimizing, and migrating workloads into modern VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF 9) environments across Greenfield and Brownfield deployments.You will work closely with clients and SMEs to deliver scalable, automated, and high-performing infrastructure solutions using technologies such as:VMware NSX, VMware vSAN, VMware HCX, VMware Kubernetes Service (VKS), VMware Aria AutomationKey ResponsibilitiesArchitect and implement full-stack VCF solutions for Greenfield and Brownfield environments.Engage with clients to translate business and technical requirements into scalable VCF architectures.Lead workload migrations into VCF with minimal disruption and optimal performance.Own end-to-end delivery including design, deployment, automation, and troubleshooting.Collaborate with SMEs to ensure technical excellence across projects.Leverage automation tools to streamline provisioning and lifecycle management.Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation and best practices.Required Qualifications12+ years of hands-on experience with VMware Cloud Foundation and associated technologies.Strong expertise in Greenfield and Brownfield VCF deployments.Proven experience in workload migration and high-availability VMware environments.Solid understanding of cloud automation tools (Aria Automation, Terraform, Ansible).Experience leading client engagements and providing technical advisory.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent VCF certification required.Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsVMware Certified Advanced Professional - VMware Cloud Foundation Architect (3V0-12.26) VMware Certified Advanced Professional - VMware Cloud Foundation Administrator (3V0-11.26) VMware Certified Advanced Professional - VMware Cloud Foundation vSphere Kubernetes Service (3V0-24.25)Why Join TAO Digital Solutions?Work on cutting-edge cloud technologies.Lead large-scale VCF implementations and enterprise migrations.Competitive compensation, growth opportunities, and continuous learning.
