About the Role:We are looking for a proactive Amazon Account Manager to manage and grow our brand presence on Amazon. This role will oversee product listings, campaigns, inventory, and account health to maximize sales and profitability on the platform.Key Responsibilities:1. Account & Product ManagementManage the brand’s Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central account.Maintain accurate product listings: titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and variations.Set up and optimize A+ Content, Brand Stores, and enhanced content.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouses/3PLs for replenishment.2. Sales & Performance GrowthDevelop strategies to increase sales, revenue, and profitability.Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts.Monitor Buy Box, product rankings, and competitor activities.3. Advertising & Marketing SupportCreate and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).Track ad performance, ROAS, and make recommendations for improvements.Collaborate with creative teams for campaign assets.4. Analytics & ReportingAnalyze sales, traffic, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.Prepare regular reports on account performance, stock health, and ad campaigns.Provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.5. Account Health & ComplianceEnsure compliance with Amazon policies, guidelines, and account health metrics.Resolve operational issues such as negative reviews, claims, or account warnings.Monitor returns, refunds, and customer complaints.Key KPIs / Metrics:Sales growth & revenue targetsBuy Box percentageAdvertising ROAS & efficiencyAccount health metrics (ODR, late shipment rate, negative feedback)Inventory & stock-out managementConversion rate & organic ranking improvementsQualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.2–5 years of experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor accounts.Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, PPC, and SEO for marketplaces.Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to monitor trends, solve operational issues, and optimize campaigns.Preferred:Experience managing multiple categories or international marketplaces.
