Job Type: Full-Time, RemoteLocation: = Chennai, India (Remote)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute paid performance marketing strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and programmatic exchanges, covering the full acquisition funnel.Plan, manage, and optimize campaign budgets, bids, targeting, and audience segmentation to achieve KPIs such as CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.Collaborate with design and product teams to conceptualize and deliver high-performing creatives, including videos, GIFs, static images, landing pages, and app screens.Plan and execute A/B tests across creatives, audiences, formats, and messaging to continuously improve performance.Implement and manage tracking and attribution using Google Tag Manager (client-side and server-side), ensuring accurate data capture and clean conversion signals.Analyze campaign and funnel performance using GA4, Mixpanel, Branch.io, and Looker Studio, and translate insights into actionable optimizations.Support retargeting, automation, and retention initiatives in collaboration with lifecycle tools such as MoEngage.Improve conversion feedback loops and signal quality to enhance ad platform learning and efficiency.Work cross-functionally with creative, product, and analytics teams to align marketing execution with business objectives.Identify growth opportunities, test new channels and formats, and continuously improve acquisition efficiency through experimentation.Qualifications3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC / performance marketing campaigns for B2C SaaS or app-based products.Proven experience in media buying, budget ownership, and funnel optimization across paid platforms, especially Google Ads and Meta.Strong understanding of app marketing, conversion tracking, and attribution.Hands-on experience with GTM, GA4, and at least one analytics or attribution tool such as Mixpanel or Branch.io.Familiarity with MoEngage or similar lifecycle marketing platforms is a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience working closely with design, product, and development teams for creative execution and campaign integration.Data-driven mindset with a strong inclination toward experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement.Work Schedule Full-time position with standard business hours (Monday to Friday). Occasional flexibility required during major campaign launches or time-sensitive activations.
