You will lead key initiatives across process design, workflow optimization, vendor coordination, and quality oversight, helping us maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all REO settlement activities.Document all process, workflow and system gaps and implement fixes Work with compliance/risk to address “open issues” and formalize follow-up and sign off process Implement and manage in-house REO settlement operation initiatives. Implement and maintain strategies which will help the company manage a high volume of production without errors Manage productivity requirements and implement strategies to improve production. Focus on the needs and expectations of internal and external customers. Manage customer expectations and improve performance by working through process and product deficiencies. Use customer feedback and quality performance results to champion changes in personnel, processes, or technology to deliver excellence in the settlement function. Manage quality performance and turn-around times for each settlement vendor. Continually provide feedback to vendors to develop strong strategic relationships. Assist in the clarification or resolution of issues as they arise between vendors and operating personnel. Act as the subject matter expert and communication bridge between staff members and vendors as needed. Monitor daily production reports and proactively manage files as they approach SLA. Using the results of the quality control process, initiate and execute training plans for continual improvement of all settlement activities Assist in the development and implementation of internal settlement activities.
