It is one of India’s leading local-language digital content and technology platforms, serving users across Bharat in multiple Indian languages.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in monthly and annual financial closing and preparation of consolidated financial statements as per Ind ASReview of general ledger, books of accounts and cost analysis for optimisationPrepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve open itemsAssist in Preparing MIS and reports for audit committee, Board & investorsCoordinate with Statutory & internal auditors for timely closure of auditsPeriodic testing & documentation of internal controls, improvement initiatives and coordinating corrective actionsTracking & updating of the enterprise risk register across business functionsMonitor risk mitigation plans, timelines, ownership & preparation of risk reportsParticipate in finance transformation and scale-up initiativesRequired Skills & QualificationsQualified Chartered Accountant (CA)Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation basicsProficiency in MS Excel and accounting software Understanding of SOX-like controls, IFC, or process documentationWillingness to learn and take ownership of workWhat We OfferHands-on learning in controllership, audit, and risk functionsOpportunity to work in a cross functional collaboration team Strong foundation for long-term growth into Finance Controller / Risk / Governance roles
