From brand identities to high-performance digital campaigns, we build work that speaks, scales, and converts.We are looking for a Senior Art Director who can think big, design brilliantly, and lead confidently.Role OverviewThis is not just a design role.We are looking for a hybrid creative leader who can:Conceptualize brand narrativesExecute high-quality visual systemsLead motion and digital experiencesOversee website design and implementationGuide junior creativesElevate creative standards across the agencyYou will be responsible for shaping and executing integrated creative across branding, digital, social, and offline platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Graphic Design LeadershipDevelop complete brand identity systems (logo, typography, color, guidelines)Design integrated campaigns across digital and offline touchpointsCreate social media creatives, performance ads, and campaign visualsDesign marketing collaterals (brochures, pitch decks, packaging, event branding, OOH, print ads etc)Maintain consistency in visual storytelling across all channelsTranslate strategy into strong visual conceptsMotion Graphics & Video DesignCreate engaging motion graphics for social media, digital ads, reels, and brand filmsDesign animated brand assets, explainers, and promotional contentWork closely with content and performance teams to optimize visual storytelling for engagementUnderstand pacing, transitions, and storytelling in short-form contentWebsite Design & ImplementationDesign responsive, conversion-focused website UI/UXCreate wireframes, mockups, and design systemsCollaborate with developers for implementation (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, custom builds)Ensure design feasibility and user experience standardsOptimize visual hierarchy for performance and usabilityUnderstand SEO, speed, and digital best practicesCreative Leadership  (Highly Preferred)Lead and mentor junior designersReview and elevate team outputParticipate in brainstorming and campaign ideationPresent concepts to internal teams and clientsEnsure timelines and quality standards are maintainedContribute to agency creative direction and innovationWhat We’re Looking ForExperience5–8+ years in an agency or creative environmentStrong portfolio demonstrating branding, motion, and digital workExperience handling multiple brands simultaneouslyExperience presenting to clients is a plusSkillsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual systemsUI/UX design skillsKnowledge of website platforms Motion design capabilitiesStrong conceptual thinking abilityUnderstanding of marketing psychology and digital performanceLeadership & Soft SkillsStrong communication and presentation skillsOwnership mindsetAbility to work under deadlinesDetail-oriented with high creative standardsStrategic thinking, not just executionBonus Points (Highly Preferred)Experience in performance marketing creativesExperience working with startups or D2C brandsBasic understanding of video editingExperience building design systemsAbility to lead pitch presentationsExperience managing freelancers or small creative teamsWhat We ValueStrong conceptual thinkingAttention to detailOwnership mindsetCollaborative approachCuriosity and hunger to innovateWhy Join MicDrop!
