The company is known for its sleek and user-friendly interface and has been recognized by media outlets like CNBC Awaaz as one of the /"Internet Heroes./"Job Summary:As a Video Editor at GrabOn, you will create engaging, platform-optimized video content that resonates with digital audiences. The role requires someone who can blend creativity with AI-powered editing tools to deliver fast, impactful, and user-driven content. You should be passionate about storytelling, have a strong pulse on social media trends, and know how to keep viewers hooked within the first few seconds.Key Responsibilities:· Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).· Leverage AI-based tools (e.g., for editing, captions, repurposing, automation) to speed up workflows and enhance output.· Understand audience behavior and optimize videos for watch time, engagement, and shareability.· Collaborate with marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaign ideas.· Repurpose existing content into multiple formats and aspect ratios.· Stay updated on platform-specific trends, formats, and best practices.· Maintain consistency with GrabOn’s brand voice and storytelling style.Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in film, Media, Design, or relevant field (or equivalent experience).· 2–3 years of professional experience in video editing for social media.· Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar editing tools.· Experience using AI video tools (e.g., Descript, Runway, Google VEO 3, ChatGPT (Sora), etc.) to enhance productivity.· Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, and visual storytelling tailored for digital audiences.· Ability to deliver high-quality edits under tight deadlines.
