Job Description:We’re looking for anAssociate Technical Leadwith7+ years of experienceand strong backend development expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should be skilled inNode.js, REST APIs, databases, microservices, and cloud-native development, with working experience in Angular for frontend integration.Role & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services usingNode.js (Express/NestJS) Build scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and microservices Work withPostgreSQLor otherSQL databasesfor data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning Work withMongoDBor otherNoSQLdatabases as required Integrate backend services withAngular-based frontend applications Collaborate closely with product, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features Implement unit and integration tests using Jest or similar testing frameworks Work withcloud platforms(AWS/GCP/Azure), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and ensure system stability Participate in system design and architecture discussions with senior engineers Provide technical guidance and code reviews for junior developers Stay updated with industry trends and suggest improvements for performance and scalabilitySkills Required: 7+years of overall software development experience with strong backend focus Strong proficiency inNode.js (Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks) Solid hands-on experience withPostgreSQL or other relational databases Practical knowledge ofMongoDB or other NoSQL technologies Experience withREST APIs, Microservices, and Distributed Systems Working experience ofAngular or modern frontend frameworks Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest or equivalent tools Hands-on experience withDevOps tools and practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, containerization, monitoring, and deployments) Working knowledge ofAWS/GCP/Azure Strong understanding ofsystem design, scalability, and performance optimization
